These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-messaging program operated by Advanced Fencing, LLC ("AFLLC," "we," "us," or "our") and its brands: Advanced Fences, Automatic Gate Company, Advanced Gate Repair, West Bay Garage Doors (TX and FL), and Garrick Roofing.
When you opt in, we send conversational, customer-care and transactional text messages related to service you have requested — including appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders; technician on-the-way and arrival-window updates; estimate and proposal follow-ups; job status, completion and billing updates; and replies to questions you text us. We do not send marketing or promotional text blasts.
You can opt in by submitting our online text-updates form, by giving us your verbal consent when you contact our office, or by providing written consent on a signed estimate. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity.
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. AFLLC does not charge for the text messages themselves.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To resume, reply START.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
